Trayport are a company who provide trading software to commodity markets, primarily in Europe where they have a leading position in power and gas markets. My role is to provide manage the relationship with execution venues from a technical perspective, providing technical management, consultancy and support.I spend a lot of time working with new and existing clients to help them launch new products and services using our software. This can be anything from a pre-sales demo, through to the complete launch of a new brokerage.

Systems analyst providing the complete client side IT solution at an international architectural practice. The position covers all key support areas including application support, infrastructure, testing, and desktop support. In depth experience creating software builds; including standard images with highly customized software configurations optimized for stability and performance on operating systems ranging from Windows 2000 to Vista. Excellent relationships with the internal client base, and a member of the company social committee organizing corporate events.

First and second tier technical support position covering 12’000 users in the UK. Principal role involved logging, diagnosing and solving technical issues with the suite of financial applications used at the company. Close communication with other support teams was essential to ensure clients receive a high quality service and that problems are dealt with as quickly as possible.
