I have over 30 years of experience in administration, operations, training and management. After working most of my life for other people, I decided to start my own internet based company.     Intermountain provided behavioral health services for Native American adolescents in New Mexico until October 2008. The agency closed it's New Mexico offices due to funding issues after 30 years.I started with the agency in 1990 as the Administrative Assistant and worked my way up. I became the Program Director in 2004. After 2 1/2 years of "living at the office", I decided to step down because I rarely saw my family. I accepted the Operations Manager position, which was created for me, in 2006. On July 24, 2008, I learned that Intermountain's New Mexico program was closing due to lack of appropriate funding. My last day of employment was September 30, 2008. My 18 years with Intermountain were very rewarding. I miss my coworkers, who became "family", and I miss being a part of an agency that did really important work.
