• Investigate, evaluate and determine liability on Auto Liability and General Liability PD & BI claims • Maintain comprehensive documentation of claim information for assigned files.• Maintain diary of files, continually review and monitor progress and expense of claims in pending• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs and property damage• Issue settlement payments based on predetermined payment authority
