My short term objective is to continue to expand my horizons and broaden my knowledge in the process engineering & management field. I started my work experience in the federal government in 1984 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, then the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. I worked as a clerk for both agencies. In 1987, I was hired to work as an Air Traffic Controller which I did until I began raising my family in 1992.I went back to college in 1994 and received my BS in Computer Science in 1999. I've worked with Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems since my college graduation beginning my career with them in the IT sector as a system administrator. I won a scholarship from the company in 2003 for Systems Engineering at JHU and began a systems engineering position at once. Since that time, I've been gaining my knowledge in leading technical teams, risk management and process management.Ultimately, my goal is to find satisfaction in the career I choose to pursue (hopefully involving process management) and provide my employer with a top notch employee.Specialties: Risk Management; Process Management; Technical Lead of integrated product teams (IPTs)
