I coach executives to have the right mindset, language, content, and delivery to overcome any communication challenges. They work on preparing for possible outcomes and learn practice strategies, so they prep the right way for an important upcoming meeting or presentation.I work with both men and women who are being manipulated and have difficulty being assertive, keeping in mind that the perception of assertiveness is different for men than it is for women. While most people run from those situations, my clients gain the insight, confidence, and proven techniques, including humor, to address even the most difficult concerns.
