Responsible for the local Swedish Sales & Marketing team, which is 10 people including myself. The role includes helping Sales Reps in their dialogues with customers/partners, sales development training, budget- and P&L responsibility, and follow-up activities in regards to sales & marketing KPIs. Since 2024 I am also the signatory for the firm in Sweden.

Besides the contact with our current clients, sales activitys to sign new clients is a big part of the job. In this case I am resposible for the whole cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role involved working with new sales of Online Fulfillments services, such as outsourced telemarketing and inbound customer service. Drove the entire sales process from prospecting, contacting potential clients, all the way to signed contract.

Responible for the telemarketing departement at the Umeå office. The role included campaign planning, project management, sales strategy development, sales training and frequent contact with clients. The role also included a Team Lead-responsibility for the Sales Coaches.

Co-founded my own company within Telesales, focusing on B2B clients. We also provided consulting services in outbound sales and customer service.

The role primarily involved training new hires in sales methods/techniques, and providing ongoing coaching for the sales team. I was also in weekly contact with our clients, discussing results, challanges and development in the sales operations.

Worked full time with outbound Telesales. Primarily sold Telecom/TV services on behalf of our clients.
