"Progress, not perfection" - Anonymous As someone who is constantly learning, constantly being taught, I think I live by that statement now. 😅 Because it's easy to want to be perfect, to try to achieve perfection in maybe one or two aspects of life. But once you become "perfect," doesn't that mean you kind of stop progressing? Who wants to stop progressing? Not me. Therefore, I am happy to say that I have quite a few different hats on, each at their own stage of progression. Right now, my most recent achievement includes receiving a professional certificate in coding as a Full Stack Web Developer with the MERN Stack from MIT. This was a very intense course that is not for the weak, but it was very rewarding. I am so excited to bring my fresh experience into the Web Development field!A few other fields of work I have enjoyed are working at H&R Block as a receptionist for a few years, where I learned many customer service, administrative, and office skills. I also am an on call Brand Ambassador, where I work for a company that is contracted by brands to represent them at big events. This has taught me how to learn quickly and efficiently, which is very beneficial in pretty much every aspect of life. Also, I am a content editor, constantly helping small businesses with their online presence through photos, videos, articles, web sites and more! In my free time, I love the outdoors and also the good company of my friends and family. I also donate a lot of time to volunteer work, which has even led me to becoming moderately fluent in Chinese. These are just a few of my “outside of work” interests that bring me great joy.
