Organized to focus on modernizing the Architecture, Infrastructure and Platforms which improved quality and feature delivery. Worked closely with Marketing to implement A/B Testing and several other initiatives that drove increase in checkouts.

Established Portfolio Management for Teradata. Conducted product rationalization and prioritization exercises with Product Management and Engineering to align portfolio to business strategy. Created Roadmap and Business Plan templates along with enhancing our portfolio life cycle process. Established the Portfolio Steering Committee meetings with the Officers of the company to review from funnel through to commercialization. Centralized Program Management to bring uniformity and consistency into reporting status on Portfolio. Created the framework to align engineering into release trains to better organize work, gain synergies and break silos. Introduced company wide operating mechanisms using Scaled Agile Framework and engineering rigor using Extreme Programming. Built the framework for predictable, quality releases with a shift-left focus.

This was an expanded role of my engineering responsibilities which includes GE Health Cloud Business Operations. Integral part of GE Health Cloud strategy for convergence from on premise products to Cloud. Provide DevOps Services from development through to commercial pipeline. Created Health Cloud Acceleration Team to explore opportunities and offer a "Fast Fail" option while validating business cases.
