Working with a human services agency in it's effort to enroll participants in healthcare, in accordance with the Affordable Care Act. Specialities included Medicaid and Marketplace enrollment. Capable of troubleshooting software and call center difficulties inherent in the new Healthcare.gov. Advocate for consumers during enrollment and, if necessary, during any problem areas like denials, identity verification, immigration irregularities and tax credit/cost saving errors. Assisted Heartland Human Care Services in enlarging the outreach and enrollment activities in the refugee, immigration and the muslim population. Presented to Division Directors at Salvation Army on possible partnerships between Salvation Army and Heartland and the possibilities for their participants in the second year of the healthcare roll out. Presented Community Health lectures to UIC nursing students.

Worked in this integrated program between the University of Kansas and Rush University designed to re-train compromised physicians and teach them new management skills. Assisted and trained Rush staff on the observation and education of compromised physicians. Designed and executed test scenarios for compromised physicians. Designed timelines and assessment tools for the re-entry of the compromised physician in to private practice.
