The aim is to help others elevate their personal performances at work, at home, and even at play. Using a mixture of training and coaching methods, programmes are developed to ensure that organisations and individuals receive the correct assistance in developing leadership, self leadership and communications skills that will positively enhance their behaviours and the impact on those around them. I have worked closely with a number of clients which include high profile charity organisations, company directors and executives in medical, telecommunications, education, sports and financial sectors, management consultants, teachers and sportsmen. My work with teachers also led to the creation of the highly regarded ‘Every Teacher Matters’ programme.In 2009 I became one of the few John Adair Accredited Trainers for Action Centred Leadership.In 2017 I became BPS accredited in the use of Psychometric profiling tools, in particular the TalentQ suite of Dimensions and Elements.
