Since 2004, and with over 22 years of working in organisational life with some notable successes too,I have been passionately helping others elevate their professional and personal performances.The main focus of my work, and my passion, is to assist others to further develop their leadership skills. This has been further boosted by my training, accreditation and association with The Leadership Trust for whom I am a senior Course Director, Coach & Facilitator. My association with The Trust has equipped me with the knowledge and experience of how to create powerful learning environments and to understand the core principles underpinning excellent leadership.More recently I have become Associates of Metris Leadership, a performance consultancy that believes what makes the leadership and performance of Special Forces teams so effective is directly transferable to business.In May 2019 I became an Associate of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development). I have been involved in developing and delivering people management skills including coaching skills for managers.
