Robin G. Mathis is pleased to announce her affiliation with Community Title Network and Ridgway Law Group. After being an owner/manager for so many years, it is great to free up my time to do less administrative work and more legal work and problem solving. More time with people, whether clients, agents, lenders, etc which is what I so enjoy.I have been a practicing attorney, focusing on real estate matters, for 38 years. I have witnessed and worked through many procedural, economic and regulatory changes in the ever evolving real estate industry.I have managed branches of large title companies as well as run my own law practice and title company for many years. I like to say that I am hands on: copier repairman, accountant, human resources and still am able to give clients personal service. No one is ever just a file. I am available to them. I perform each closing personally. I pride myself on my service.I provide real estate settlement services as well as legal advice to buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. I have performed many thousands of closings: residential, small commercial, buyer side and seller side, estate sales and trust clients. I like to think I have seen and done it all. I have written articles and lectured to many professional groups and taught countless continuing education classes. I love to share my experiences, work out solutions and even tell a good story.
