I am an Engineering and Commercial Director specialising in the automotive engineering sector. Inspired by my involvement with our Go Kart racing team at school and Formula Student project at university, I decided to actively pursue a career in engineering within the car industry. At Chasestead I am responsible for working closely with our customers to ensure we continue to provide a world class low volume sheet metal engineering service that meets their needs effectively.At Chasestead we utilise our expertise in press tool design, prototyping, low volume sheet metal work, laser cutting and robotic welding and assembly to provide the highest quality engineering services to the automotive, building / metal cladding, aerospace and other sectors. I am responsible for driving continuous improvement to maximise the efficiency of our facility and for purchasing the latest equipment such as machining centres for making press tools, sheet metal folding machine and robot MIG welding stations.Tier 1 automotive suppliers / OEMs – We can help you with prototyping and low volume sheet metal manufacturing requirements specialising in chassis parts and under body vehicle structure.
