Led Key Process and Policy Documentation (KPPD) to identify process gaps and key control metrics in high risk banking center channel processes. Included but not limited to the development of process maps, control plans, risk evaluations and action plans to remediate gaps identified. Subject matter expert for cash handling and transportation optimization for both banking centers and ATMs, which included collaboration across various lines of business.

Partnered with business leadership to identify, define, and develop communications for various transportation related events, such as coordination of armored vendors for high impact, high profile events. Provided execution support for nationwide projects impacting the banking center channel. Provided alternate solutions that had little to no impact on either the customer or the banking center. Participated and/or led national cash handling related projects that resulted in increased capacity and efficiency for the banking center channel. Liaison for all banking center related transportation escalations. Worked directly with Market and Transportation leaders to identify and resolve transportation schedule risks. Developed and distributed communications with clear and actionable steps for the banking center associates.

Banking center channel representative for the implementation of a new national cash ordering system (iCom: Integrated Cash Ordering Modules). Responsible for development of required communications, as well as provided on-site training support throughout implementation period. Provided project management support for a cost reduction project resulting in savings of $250k. Banking center channel liaison for all non-consumer servicing escalations (Commercial, Small Business, Government Banking, and Treasury Management). Provided execution support for nationwide projects impacting the banking center channel. Provided alternative solutions that had little to no impact on either the customer or the banking center. Cross line of business facilitation of issue resolution of commercial customer check cashing and deposit taking issues, working closely with banking center contacts, Client Managers, and Treasury Management personnel. Included but not limited to individual as well as national communications. Evaluated exception processing requests, worked with Risk Management and Legal to determine approval eligibility.
