• I took care of Last Mile Logistics for the Middle East region via a combination of our own fleet and 3PL partners. Some achievements:
• Reduced Non Delivery Return rates by 3PL, thereby reducing annual returns cost by ~2.2Mil AED and adding to effective revenue of ~13.4Mil AED to the annual topline compared to last year
• Reduced monthly 3PL Delivery cost by 230k AED and own fleet costs by ~4% through commercial renegotiations and improving efficiencies
• Reduced 3PL delivery TATs – Day 5 delivery % in KSA by 10 percentage points
• Improved same day delivery attempt % from 88% to 94% SLA for pre-12pm orders in UAE
• Streamlined 3PL reconciliation and COD remittance closure timelines from 3 months to 2 months

• Operations - During my 6 months as City Head, Bangalore, I worked on stabilizing operations by implementing process compliance checks, setting up processes to tackle day-to-day operational issues and empowering the.
• Growth - Grew the delivery share of Bangalore by 12% by converting key vendors to Foodpanda's delivery (improving customer experience). I also initiated night delivery till 5am, launched the "0 delivery fee" campaign.
• Handled foodpanda's largest fleet (at the time) of 420 delivery personnel, growing from 340.

• Owner of Planning and Engineering vertical: Structured all reporting and analytics around Logistics. Built processes around cancellation management, customer complaint management and all dashboards
• Owner of all 3PL liasons: built team and managed 3PL partner performance and cost metrics, i.e. contract negotiations, SLAs & customer complaints, reconciliations, internal operations etc.
