My WHY is to encourage individuals to become positive leaders and not negative followers. Learning and Development gives me an opportunity to do just that! I started my Property Management career in 2012 as a Leasing Consultant. I was so clueless about what to do and how to do it. I made a promise to myself that I was going to make a difference in how individuals entered the Property Management world through teaching and showing everything I learned. After a couple years of experience, I joined Occupancy Heroes Inc, where I had the privilege of traveling to different communities to assist bringing occupancy up as a Leasing Hero. From there, I became the Leasing Manager for the Largest Air Station in the world (Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station) under WINN Military. I came back to Occupancy Heroes as a recruiter, trainer, and facilitator for their corporate office. I joined Peak Living LLC soon after and became a Certified Mentor within a year of joining the team. I’ve had the honor of mentoring individuals throughout the United States through Peak Living. Now I have the privilege of being on the Learning and Development Team for Peak Living LLC as a Learning and Development Specialist. I am so grateful for all my years experiences! What’s most important is being able to inspire. I cannot wait to see what the future holds.
