  I've been in the writing industry for over 25 years. At the risk of sounding cheesy, it's my job and my passion. I started as a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines. My favourite assignments were interviewing people for character profiles, especially those who'd built up successful businesses - a sign of things to come and why I ended up all these years later writing stories about peoples' lives.I have also worked as a freelance copywriter and in 2002 began writing fiction. I have now written 8 books, including my own memoir : Making The Breast Of It - Breast Cancer Stories of Humour and Joy.I have found that my experience in writing fiction has been invaluable in my role as a ghostwriter - knowing how to craft a story that will hook the reader from the first page and keep them reading until the end is a necessary skill.I have experience in writing many different types of stories and have worked with all types of people.
