Creative Operations is Universal Pictures International’s in-house post-production facility, servicing the film marketing, acquisitions and technical operations departments. Services include editing, grading, audio, GFX localisation, subtitling, encoding, DCP creation and QC.My responsibilities are as follows:- Line managing a team of post-production operators/editors, managing shifts and training junior members of staff where needed; creating guides when new equipment and workflows are installed.- Creating, maintaining and updating technical workflows, ensuring that all client deliveries are to a high standard and managing client expectations.- Acting as the main point of call for clients, advising on workflows and technical queries across the company.
