- One stop Tax Help Desk for all (International) markets with priority to APAC clients by following international market practices and working in collaboration with withholding agents, tax authorities and external Tax consultancy firms, my role is to ensure that clients are credited with the proper tax rate. Moreover, we will inform them about our relevant tax procedures and support them with tax reclaims.- Analyse the operational aspect of tax laws, negotiation of procedures with depositories - Handle tax relief certification from clients - Check correctness and monitor the sending of tax certifications - Reconcile tax instructions with depositories - Prepare tax reporting (contact with Tax Authorities, external auditors, depositories etc)

- Ensure clients’ entitlements to corporate action events are protected by meeting or exceed clients SLA requirements- Processing of corporate action to ensure timely and accurate data entry by ensuring prompt notification sent out to clients for Pre-notification as well as Entitlement stage- Liase with customer service to ensure client’s queries are handled effectively and on a timely basis- Resolve any outstanding issues /breaks/ amendments on redemption of ELN products- Assist in quality management reporting, collation of data to improve corporate action process with counterparties and to attain SMPG compliance on SWIFT messages- Assist in process review in order to improve turnaround time, streamline of procedures to achieve Straight-Through-Processing standards

- Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of trading and credit limits and P&L reporting as approved by Head Office and also ensure that the treasury control operations are in accordance with Group requirements.- Responsible for reviewing exceptions and ensure that these are properly investigated and reconciled, ie nostro accounts.- Support treasury dealer on matters related to treasury deal processing, trade support and settlement for MoneyMarket/Fixed Income /Interest Rate Swap trade processing.- To ensure accurate system parameter maintenance and to ensure the integrity of system output.- To assist in the performance of Treats/Hub accounting maintenance. Update of mark to market revaluation for fixed income securities.

- To prepare generic Fact Sheets, Summary of Trades (client version) &Tutorial Presentation of products across all asset classes i.e. FX, Equities, Commodities, Fixed Income, Funds & Hydride Structures- To build library of Structured Products in Share Points &/or Drives for both Singapore & HK- To review and collate counterparty term sheets with regards to ISDA 2002 requirements.- Liase with Investments, Structured Product Solutions, Legal, Compliance, Operations to determine data required for developing structured product template.

- To monitor and anaylse daily corporate action transaction related to all markets, equities and bonds.- To ensure all corporate action information are received promptly from custodians and to confirm adjustments being made are the same.- To liaise with custodians/settlements/fund managers to ensure all corporate actions responses are timely and consistent.- To review information from Bloomberg or any other source of information to extract further announcements on corporate actions.- To follow up with clients/custodians on any outstanding matters or any queries on corporate actions.- Investigate/analyse discrepancies of various securities as well as debt instruments being brought forward.
