CurrentServe as Tier 2 support specialist for over 5000 end users across 140 manufacturing facilities. Provide 24/7 support by participating in on-call rotation. Support multiple front-end manufacturing applications and their centralized back-end systems.Implement database driven application providing centralized access to multiple server resources such as SSH, FTP, MySQL Workbench or MSSQL Studio, URL shortcuts, and RDP connections to print, Citrix, and file servers. Allows retrieval of PAM credentials from REST API rather than through web portal manually. Application is now used by 22 users across 3 teams and contains over 2200 entries providing access to over 400 server environments.Develop browser extension to compose new email from information parsed from ticketing system. Provide quick communication to end user by auto-filling email, subject with ticket number and summary, as well as a link to the ticket in email's body.Utilize PowerShell to automate upgrades and provide version control for server applications accessed via Citrix.Improve SEO of the team's internal knowledge base through revising standardized formatting, metadata tags, and naming conventions of over 200 articles.Assist in automating the migration of Oracle Linux environments from OVM to OLVM.Develop ad-hoc reporting scripts, bash and PowerShell, used to collect metrics from both UNIX and Windows environments.
