Since January 2016, leading the OSO team at HTC. OSO team consists of 14 specialists, and is involved in many financial transactions in Philips HealthTec. InterCompanyCharges, CMA process, hardware charges, shopping cart process, billing, reporting, SRM updates, ICS SOX. I am also still heavily involved in the IT onboarding process, identity management for Philips IT, and housing matters for the IT community at HTC, as secretary for Housing Board. Currently reporting into Portfolio Mgmt.

As teamlead in the IT Support Office of IT-Delivery I am responsible for the on/off/changeboarding process at HTC, Eindhoven, as well as identity management process for externals, including output based workforce.

Manage outsourced service provider (RIVER) as to local IT services for approximately 3300 employees at Philips, in and around Eindhoven. Customer Relations Management with the busines representatives, and manage Communications around larg-scale projects, roll-outs, together with Cluster Benelux Communications department.

Manage business demand for approximately 1600 people at Strijp, Eindhoven as to local IT requirements, and manage outsourced IT services supplier as for the SLAs of the services delivered. Large emphasis on communication. Mngr for several business units, Communications(Front End Services CL; , Escalation Mgmt, Change Mgmt)

Linking pin between approximately 1600 endusers and the local IT services provider (outsourced). Manage demand questions, and supply both hardware and software requirements for the business.

Coordinate training sessions for customers' engineers. Customers from BBC, MTV, UPC etc. Also maintain service website, and schedule service engineers via SAP application. User Installed Base management in SAP, (DTS Service) expanding DTS Service Intranet incl.
