NSGPN provides support and consultancy in a number of ways including HR, training and IT.Responsibilities Managing the IT department and acting as the lead IT/eHealth consultant for over 100 sites. Writing and controlling all the IT related processes and policies. Managing the internal/external projects. Managing over 22 contractors. Managing the internal system, CRM and CMS. Running training seminars for the NSGPN members and their staff. Rolling out eHealth solutions to the NSGPN members and their staff.Achievements Successful rollout, implementation and training of the Argus secure messaging solution to over 150 sites within the northern suburbs. Successful delivery of an internal CRM and CMS solution within time and under budget. Successfully received ISO standards accreditation based on the IT policies and processes completed.

The Rydalmere office is where the hardware is put together on a number of high performing production lines.Responsibilities Shadow the senior engineers throughout the project lifecycle, this included concept, requirement gathering, design, control and closure. Assist the engineers and technicians in implementing the production line and testing it. Work with the production line staff on putting the hardware together and testing it.Achievements Received a certificate of appreciated from the head engineer of HP. Delivered the project with the assistance of the senior engineers on time and within budget.
