As a boutique event production business, my Co-Director, Tom, and I have many roles and responsibilities. With half a century of industry experience between us, harnessing this knowledge in our business and developing our own unique systems is fun. We have a hands-on approach and want to continue being on the floor. We simply love being at events and delivering exceptional service to our clients, some of whom have worked with each of us for 15 or so years. I was running a conference centre for a pharmaceutical company and took an opportunity to join my AV supplier. I'm a total people person but have always loved technology. This meant I could combine some of my hobbies and interests into my work. I desire innovation and efficiency, challanging how things are done to continuously improve and develop.
