I first joined Spectrum Acoustic Consultants in 2006 during a 12 month industrial placement which formed part of my university course. I then graduated in 2008 with an honours degree (1st) in Acoustics from the University of Salford and immediately joined Spectrum as a full-time Consultant. In 2015 I was promoted to Senior Consultant where I became responsible for larger and more demanding projects, taking on project management from the initial enquiry stage through to final reporting. In 2023 I was promoted to Principal Consultant.I have worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and food and drink. I am experienced in providing acoustic advice at all stages of the design and build process, from Noise Impact Assessments for the support of planning applications, to detailed design advice, right through to post-completion acoustic testing.I have developed particular expertise in the commercial sector, having worked on a number of different projects for clients such as Aldi, J D Wetherspoon, Gleeson Homes and McDonald’s.
