As a teacher at Outschool, I deliver online lessons on the science of emotion to learners of different ages and backgrounds. I have over 15 years of teaching experience, both online and in-person, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Concordia University.My mission is to empower people, especially children, to learn and grow through emotional intelligence and mental health. I use engaging and interactive content that draws from my skills in special effects and AI, and I collaborate with other educators, artists, and innovators. I help my learners develop self-awareness, empathy, and resilience, and explore how our emotions are constructed and how they affect our bodies, minds, and relationships.
