- Studied in the Human Robotics Laboratory, directed by Dr. Fabrizio Sergi, of the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Delaware- Developed a robotic gait intervention strategies utilizing a unilateral robotic exoskeleton platform (ALEX II). - Gait intervention consists of joint torque pulse application to modulate the trailing limb angle mechanism as to improve propulsive force and ultimately gait speed.-Applied repetitive control to a lower extremity exoskeleton in torque-feedback control to reduced interaction torques during walking.

-The Neuroplasticity and Motor Behavior Laboratory directed by Shailesh S. Kantak PT PhD at Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute-Conduct studies, recruit participants, write data collection and analysis programs/scripts, and maintain all laboratory equipment. -Study the relationship between behavior and neural basis of human movement in health and disease. Use kinematic and kinetic measures to characterize the behavior basis of motor control, coordination, and learning. Non-invasive brain stimulation techniques are employed in conjunction with specific behavioral tasks to understand the neural basis of motor behavior. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) along with a Neural Navigation System, Brainsight, are used to measure cortical excitability and mechanisms of cortical inhibition and excitation. We employ targeted neural modulation; repetitive TMS paradigms and transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) to enhance as well as understand motor behavior.

-The Running Research Laboratory of The Physical Therapy Department-Assisted in and co-conducted research on overuse running injuries and their relationship to lower extremity structure and running biomechanics under the direction of Professor Irene Davis P.T., Ph.D.-Co-conducted research on the effect of footwear type on static and dynamic balance.

-The Cooperative Robotics Laboratory of The Mechanical Engineering Department-Developed motion analysis system for robots under the advisement of Professor Herbert Tanner, Ph.D.
