Rwanda

Managing the day to day operations of a youth cycling academy in Rwanda.Responsible for the allocation of funds, budget control and accounts. Liaising with the National Team in selecting riders for competitions and future development, as well as to implement training programs. Interacting with local schools to ensure the academy’s riders were receiving an education, and implementing strategies to support those who were having difficulty in doing so.
