Acting as trusted advisors and partners, we work very closely with various internal RBC Lines of Business and Functional Units. Our role is to assist Senior Executives in translating their business strategies into business design, in order to accelerate their transformation and change agendas, as well as optimize their portfolio of investment opportunities.
