I lead banks and companies through complex legal issues involving real estate, mergers, acquisitions, organizational structure and creditor's rights. My real estate practice ranges from transactional to multiple types of litigation involving real estate. I guide my lender, corporate and creditor clients through the documentation of loans on the front-end to the workout, forbearance, foreclosure and other remedies after default. The back-end enforcement work provides me with a unique perspective and strength in which to view and draft the front-end loan documentation.
