Before going into planning, I was providing second to none customer service for external and internal customers regarding help with installing/setting up payroll and accounts products. I dealt with a variety of customers on a day to day basis and used my knowledge to assist new and loyal customers with their products. During payroll year end 2015, I was chosen to help the recruitment team for a few months with the recruitment of 52 PYE agents. I had never worked in recruitment before so this was an exciting, new experience for me that I felt I had the willingness and the positive, hardworking attitude that allowed me to make this project a great success. I was responsible for being the first point of contact for potential new starters, using Microsoft office daily, I also use a number of in-house systems to help complete my tasks to the highest possible standard. In this job role I was responsible for serving customers face to face on a daily basis, cash handling, cleaning the workplace after every shift to ensure health and safety/cleanliness was always up to a perfect standard. Nearing my end to my time here, I began frying. This involved a lot of multi-tasking, organization and I also demonstrated the ability to pick up a new challenge and thrived under it.
