Over 4 years on from the merger of Panacea and KTSL we have concentrated on organic growth achieving over 25% YoY. By combining our solutions with collaboration platforms like MS Teams you can simplify your whole IT Service Management strategy. The efficiency savings are proving to be immense and early deployments are yielding an ROI of 6-9 months. However, this is the first step in a much more ambitious strategy, one that I'm confident will disrupt the ITSM market and bring service management into the 21st century.

Panacea has provided solutions, consultancy and support on the BMC IT Service Management product set since 1997. Recognised as experts across the BMC ITSM platform we have implemented some of the largest BMC sites globally. We specialise in providing consultants which work with your business to provide appropriate solutions. Our plan for growth includes an imminent merger with a BMC Elite partner and planned acquisitions across new geographies in 2016/17. We're also developing new Intellectual Property to add to our existing portfolio of solutions.

I head a rapidly growing start-up which specialises in the financial services sector and in particular developing solutions to aid regulatory compliance and reform. Since launching our Volcker Assistant solution with our partners Shearman & Sterling we have had significant interest from both banks and regulators leading to substantial sales this year. Further modules like the Volcker Assistant, are under development to plug into our regulatory framework adding even greater value for our clients and attraction to future prospects.
