As a consumer experience researcher and strategist, I moderated interviews with stakeholders and brokers, conducted foundational research and analysis, and developed strategy to help a Fortune 500 legacy life insurance company answer the question why brokers were conducting less business with them. I contributed to recommendations on improvements to their broker web experience and other process issues that could mitigate problems and generate sales growth.
