As Tetra Tech Coffey’s Project Management Principal (VIC), I’m responsible for the success and growth of our business. This includes taking a hands-on role in directing a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors. I’ve also worked on our most significant projects in the educational, industrial, health and sporting sectors. Prior to my career at Coffey, I gained extensive experience in the construction industry in various roles as a qualified architect and project manager. This diverse background gives me a holistic understanding of a project, from pre-design through to construction. One of my priorities has been to restructure the business to move forward. I’ve also assisted Tetra Tech Coffey with the consolidation of office accommodation, culminating in the move to our new premises in Southbank.Tetra Tech Coffey is part of Tetra Tech, a leading provider of consulting and engineering services worldwide. Reporting to the Tetra Tech Coffey Projects Group Executive, I led the Victorian Project Management business, with responsibility for its profitable operation, including HR, HSSE, business development and finance. My team and I worked on major projects in the sports and leisure and education sectors – all some with repeat customers I’ve known for more than a decade.

During this time, I led significant Victorian projects from concept to completion. My responsibilities covered: preparing the project brief, managing the design team, conducting feasibility studies, helping clients procure to consultant teams, managing the design process, facilitating risk, ESD and value management workshops, preparing tender documentation, preparing and administering contracts, commissioning and defects rectification.As a former football player, standout work for me included projects for Collingwood, Geelong, Richmond and St Kilda Football Clubs. I also specialise in education projects, building lasting relationships with Carey Baptist Grammar School and, St. Catherine’s Girls School, St. Kevin’s College and Westbourne Grammar.
