Sr. Project Manager
Current• Serve as the single point of contact for new and existing customer installs, moves, and changes. Manage all interactions from contract order execution and implementation to project completion, follow up, and billing to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Direct all aspects of the project, balancing customer expectations, internal team objectives, and vendor collaboration, while adhering to project scope of work in managing and delivering contracted deliverables in a timely manner.• Collaborate with operations team offering process improvements to the company’s install portal outlining clear next steps for the team and the customer. • Coordinate engineer communication and work scope to stay on track with deliverables. Delegate technicians to assigned tasks based on their strengths matching customer needs.
