Traditionally Altig International heavily utilized a word of mouth personal recruitment strategy. In 2002 they embarked on a more formal recruitment strategy employing recruiters/HR staff. Hired and jumping into their process, reporting to the Regional Director, I took their existing “quantity” approach and tailored it to a “quality” approach driven by the right people and team building.
