I have a United States Army Cadet Command National ROTC 4-year scholarship. I received the U.S. Cadet Command Superior Cadet Decoration Award as a MS 1, along with the ROTC CSU Fullerton Dean's List.

I was a Brand Ambassador for Country Club Prep clothing company.

For more than 30 years, AVID has prepared students for college readiness and success.Under direct supervision of the principal and AVID coordinator and with the assistance of the AVID elective teacher, tutors will perform the following tasks:-Take an active role in developing the academic and personal strengths of AVID students. -Serve as a role model/mentor to AVID students by being a lifelong learner, demonstrating appropriate academic and social behaviors, and wearing appropriate attire at all times.-Determine from student’s notes and discussions, the concepts that need to be taught or retaught.-Evaluate student binders, including calendars, class and textbook notes, etc.-Conduct tutorial sessions in all areas of mathematics; therefore, a strong math background is mandatory. -Conduct mini-lessons in the process of writing in all subject areas, study skills, and other aspects of college preparation.-Set an example of personal excellence and high expectations for AVID students to follow.-Work with students in any phase of the writing process, such as brainstorming, clustering, revision, and editing.-Communicate frequently and honestly with the AVID coordinator/teacher regarding student progress and areas of concern."

I was a Facilities Inspector for the Woodbridge Village Association during the summer of 2014. I inspected and monitored the 41 recreational facilities located in the association.

Rob Nelsen, who is nicknamed "Robin Hood" in the "Are You Tougher Than A Boy Scout" National Geographic series, is one of two Boy Scouts who appear in all six episodes from the cast of 12 Scouts selected from across the United States. Nelsen currently has all 134 Merit Badges, and was the first in the United States to earn the Welding Merit Badge.
