Support the MNX sales team with Customers by providing implementation of new work, create Standard Operating Procedures designed for the specific client, assist with RFP's, utilize Salesforce.com to stay in touch with MNX's vast Customer Database, and to ensure our quality is well above the industry standard. Customer Advocates also assist the MNX.

Maintained Customer Accounts as well as acquire new business with existing customers and establish relationships with new clients.

As an MNX Station Manager you are in charge of the entire Call Center/Operation department. All supervisors report to the Station Manager and work together to ensure the Call Center employees are completing their assigned tasks. The Station Manager is also in charge of the Margin analysis, Performance levels, Recon reports with Commercial Airlines as well.

Supervisors are in charge of MNX's call centers day to day operations. Typically a Supervisor has several employees report to them and assist in doing whatever is necessary to satisfy the customers needs. At MNX we utilize a 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and a weekend shift. I was the 1st shift Supervisor. Supervisors were also in charge of customer.
