• Responsible for controlling and reporting on the scope, schedule and budget of the Suncor Voyageur project allowing the client to have a clear picture of progress and productivity on a monthly basis.• Provided interface management between Emerson and other engineering companies contracted to Suncor which fostered good working relationships and knowledge sharing, allowing information exchange and management of change to be executed in a timely fashion.• Developed a deliverables list which was used as the primary tool for tracking progress, productivity, and scope management allowing Emerson to control the execution of the project on a weekly basis.

• Responsible for all technical aspects of the process control system on the Qurayyah Seawater Treatment Plant Expansion project in which Emerson was awarded a certificate of recognition for excellence by Saudi Aramco.• Provided leadership and direction to the DCS Lead, Electrical Design Lead, Software Design Lead, Third Party Vendor Interface Manager, and Site Supervisor which gave clear direction on who was responsible for which task allowing the project to meet or in some cases exceed the schedule and budget expectations.• Represented Emerson in Technical design meetings held in Italy which allowed Emerson’s direct client (Snamprogetti) and the end client (Saudi Aramco) to review the design documentation prepared by Emerson. The results of these meetings were considered binding and had direct impact on the overall scope and schedule of the project.• Created and maintained project schedules and organizational charts which allowed for the project to be executed on time and with the appropriate staffing levels.• Responsible for overseeing the procurement, and assembly of the DCS cabinets in Saudi Arabia• Coordinated personnel from Saudi Aramco, Snamprogetti, Emerson and Remal Electric to witness the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the panel factory located in Saudi Arabia. These tests concluded successfully with everyone satisfied that all their concerns had been addressed.

Kizomba A (ExxonMobil)• Worked in Calgary and Houston as a Co-DCS lead for the Exxon Kizomba project; configured DeltaV hardware and software; configured and maintained redundant OLE for Process Control (OPC) servers; maintained current technical documentation, testing procedures, and client signoff sheets; interfaced with client and vendors concerning hardware and software readiness and testing; conducted FAT at vendor location in Houston.

Wembley Gas Plant (Conoco)• Performed configuration, testing, FAT, and commissioning of DeltaV DCS replacement which allowed the client to completely modernize their system during a routine shutdown period of three days.Rimby SCADA project (Conoco)• Performed configuration, testing, and commissioning of PlantScape R320 SCADA host which allowed the client to remotely view and control all the gas wells feeding the local compressor as well as perform scheduled well testing.Foothills Pipeline• Performed configuration, testing, and maintenance of Intellution iFix 2.5 SCADA system which was installed at all the pipeline compressor stations, allowing the client to improve reporting and control of their product in the pipeline.

Fort Saskatchewan Gas Storage and Hub (Williams Pipelines Limited)• Developed a secondary pipeline leak detection system, which allowed the client to cross reference the existing leak detection meters with the process meters to sort out discrepancies in the monthly totals.• Developed, tested and commissioned a Truck Loading Terminal interface which allowed the client to remotely view the details of trucks unloading product into the pipeline in real time.Pelican Lake Gas Plant (PanCanadian)• Developed graphics and HMI standards Pelican Lake gas gathering project which gave the client a consistent look and feel to the graphics in the plant control system. The project also included development, testing, and commissioning of the graphics; upgrading hardware and identifying alarm management strategies which allowed the client to integrate the new gas gathering system into the existing plant control system.
