Established and supervised the first Oracle Consulting Business Development & Presales Solution team for BI & EPM in North America. Directed a team of architects responsible for business development, value selling, deal structuring, scoping and estimation for all BI & EPM services engagements in the US and Canada. - Consistently exceeded bookings and revenue targets, driving $150M+ in services bookings per year.- Awarded Oracle Consulting North America MVP for FY2008
