Service is a thread that runs through my entire career, connecting my time in the United States Air Force, my years working in the Army Casualty Office during the Iraq surge, and my nearly 2 decades of dedication to the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors.As an Industrial Security professional, I help organizations ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program, both in the areas of facility and personnel clearances, which is essential to support critical federal missions. My experience ranges from providing comprehensive insider threat training to shepherding individuals and facilities through the full security clearance process to helping companies obtain and create their own security programs.I’m also deeply invested in serving Military veterans and their families. For nearly 20 years I’ve held professional and volunteer positions that spanned direct casework, benefits assistance, mentoring, and crisis response. As a former student of conflict analysis and resolution, I bring a human-centered approach to all of my work, whether it’s an individual security clearance or a group training session. I’ve been fortunate to work with organizations that value this approach and share this sense of mission and purpose.
