Cross-checked materials with design plan sheets for accuracy at manufacturing site and upon delivery at construction site. • Conducted reviews of engineering drawings and specifications for municipal, industrial and residential development sites as well as Erosion, Sedimentation and Pollution Control plans.• Developed four concept layouts for the Valdosta-Lowndes County Industrial Authority including roadways, parking, building footprints and storm water management facilities. Ensured drawing/layouts met requirements from DOT and FAA. Developed two industrial park concept layouts for private developers. • Developed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plans for eight industrial facilities among three industrial corporations in compliance with the Clean Water Act and 40 CFR Part 112. • Conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for numerous sites in accordance with ASTM E1527-05.
