As the Core Engineering Manager I oversee a team of Network and Wireless Engineers for the TekSynap Wireless Business Unit. My responsibilities include management of a diverse team of engineers with varying backgrounds and skillsets that are located throughout the United State. I also provide tier 3/tier 4 technical support on a regular basis.My team is responsible for the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wireless network infrastructures for multiple customers and environments throughout the US ranging from small single sites to extremely large enterprise deployments spanning hundreds to thousands of sites.In addition, I act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced design, implementation and troubleshooting services for many of TekSynap customers for enhancement or issue resolution for existing infrastructures and for future capabilities planning.

As Director I am responsible for the management and operations of the company’s existing portfolio of State and Local Government contracts. This includes quality assurance, deliverable tracking as well as customer relations.Additional responsibilities include expanding the current portfolio by identifying and developing strategic partnerships as well as the identification and capture of business opportunities within the State and Local Government sector.
