Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Responsibility and management of all ground Instruction and for the standardisation of all training (ATO / CCTO / Part-145)* Integration of practical training, synthetic flight training and theoretical knowledge instruction* Ensuring training is in accordance with EASA regulations and meets the requirements of the Authority* Developing and issuing revisions to training material and programs* Establishing a high standard of proficiency within the Instructor group and ensuring that training is executed in an efficient and economical manner* Performing evaluation checks in order to maintain and develop performance standards of Instructors* Preparing and reviewing annual budget requirements for training* Staying abreast of new technology, concepts and developments within the industry to provide professional and quality aviation training* Business development of training, recruitment and staffing solutions

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Assuming responsibility and management of all Ground Instructors and for the standardisation of all theoretical instruction on all fleets* Ensuring the satisfactory integration of online training, synthetic flight training and theoretical knowledge instruction* Working in close consultation with the Director of Training, Chief Pilot and Cabin Manager to ensure all training matters are coordinated and implemented* Keeping abreast of the latest technology and methods of instruction, to provide quality flight training to all fleets* Ensuring training is in accordance with Company regulations and meets the requirements of the Authority* Developing and issuing revisions to training material and programs* Maintaining and proposing improvements for training facilities and equipment* Establishing a high standard of proficiency within the Instructor group and ensuring that training is executed in an efficient and economical manner* Carrying out evaluation checks in order to maintain and develop performance standards of Instructors* Upholding daily discipline and welfare of Instructor group* Monitoring and supervising all ground training activities* Preparing and reviewing annual budget requirements for flight training* Staying abreast of new concepts and developments within the industry* Maintaining an active role in supporting the Company SMS culture* Performing other duties as may be required by the Director of Training / Chief Pilot / Cabin Manager / DFO

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Develop, revise and ensure content of Company training material, programs and manuals are compliant with regulatory requirements- Prepare and manage training syllabi to comply with the Company’s training and operational standards- Stay abreast of new concepts and developments within the industry as well as the latest technology and methods of instruction, to provide quality flight training to all fleets- Establish a high standard of proficiency and ensure that training is executed in an efficient and economical manner- Deliver Emergency Procedures, Security, Dangerous Goods, First Aid training for Flight, Cabin and Ground crew- Deliver CRMI Instructional Techniques training courses- Suggest improvements and give feedback to develop quality of training delivered- Implement corrective action plans where non-conformities are identified- Perform other duties as may be required

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Establishing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard in flight safety* Developing, revising and improving Company SEP Manual, Flight Operations Training Manual - Part D and TRTO Manual* Designing and developing training programs* Staying abreast of new concepts and developments within the industry* Formulating improvements in connection with flight safety and security* Ensuring crew are trained in accordance with company procedures and regulations* Ensuring all training meets the requirements of the governing authority* Selecting, training and developing Instructors to ensure exemplary training standards* Preparing training schedules according to operational requirements* Delivering Initial, Conversion & Recurrent training for Flight and Cabin crew* Upholding daily discipline and welfare of Instructors and crew* Maintaining up to date expiry lists and ensuring currency of crew* Maintaining close liaison with Customers to ensure a high standard of Safety and Service* Monitoring training standards and development of crew* Monitoring online crew performance and online training
