My name is Robert Russell, and I love working with learners of all ages. For 19 years I have been serving multi-national groups through a lifetime of dedication to education. To further summarize my background, I have a Master’s of Arts in Education, with an emphasis in curriculum design and implementation in EFL/ESL environments, giving me a solid foundation in serving the EFL/ESL/ELL global communities, as well as native English speaking learners. This is the mortar that I have built my 13 years as an over-seas science and English teacher with, serving communities throughout Thailand in international, and bilingual schools, as well as universities. Among other skills and expertise, I offer:-Excellent skills and expertise in working with K-12 learners from all backgrounds.-Insight from having worked in universities and learning institutions in various cultural settings, in multiple departments. -A long history of excellence in written and oral communication skills.-Competence, confidence, sensitivity, and appreciation working with and for all groups of people, of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities, and from all walks of life.-Strong skills and knowledge in creating audio-visual presentations for learners and general audiences, utilizing computers, ICT and various media assets.-Planning and executing events focused to reach out to groups of particular interest and general audiences.-Providing education services to students, families, fellow teachers and educators, and consulting for education bodies.My love of helping learners pursue opportunities through education began in 2002, working for an HIV research and teaching laboratory, inspiring a diverse group of undergraduate students to pursue a future in the STEM fields. This experience inspired me to become a professional educator, helping others develop their fluency in English to enhance access to personal and professional development, while still cultivating students to take pride in their culture, language, local communities and heritage.
