Manage a team of approx 25 Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants. Work directly with Partners of the Firm regarding events both in and out of the office. Coordinate all events in the office from small dinners and client visits to office wide parties and gatherings.

Responsible for a team of approx 25 front of house staff. Included all Bellman/Doorman, Concierge, Front Desk and Telephone Operators. Managed labor/expenses for department, handled all guest inquiry and complaints, and facilitated relationship daily with Valet parking vendor.

Began as Assistant General Manager - promoted to General Manager after 6 months. Managed both Operations and Sales Team. Actively involved in guest relations and problem resolution as well as sales activity for this suburban property

Began as a front desk agent after moving to Chicago. Was promoted to a supervisor after 2 months and to Asst. Director of Front Office after 6 months. Responsible for all Front of House operations including Bellman/Doorman, Front Desk, Concierge and Telephone Operators.
