Provides weekly course content introductions; answers student inquiries daily; grades weekly written assignments; responds to every student’s submissions as part of an online class dialogue; coaches students having trouble keeping up or completing work satisfactorily. Courses taught in eight-week terms.

Retired after twenty seven year career in a roughly fourhundred sworn officer department. Patrol Division experienceis at all ranks from patrolman to shift and sector commander.I served in the Detective Bureau and the Office of Internal Affairsas an investigator. As a detective, I investigated, applied for warrantsand testified in cases ranging from misdemeanors tofelony and capital crimes. I have participated at all levels in theprevention of crime and enforcement of criminal statutes andordinances in the City of Bridgeport Connecticut, population 145,000.
