Management Consultant within the Accenture Consulting Resources Domain in the Netherlands. Change management and project management, including planning and resourcing have been part of these assignments.

Within Shell I worked on multiple projects: the roles & responsibilities were mainly focused around change management, deployment management and project management. In addition my activities compromised the training development, support plans, roll out plans, change management consults and communications.

The objective of this project was to guide corporate clients throughout the legal entity transfers across the globe whilst minimizing the impact this transfer may have to clients and business organization. Within this project I have had different roles. Started as business analyst to set up a client communication and support approach to guide clients throughout the legal transfers. Also managed the Client Support Team (CST). Was responsible for the training materials, the training and the workload of the CST. In addition, I have worked on different initiatives related to the transfers, like renaming and several communication approaches. At a later stage in the project, I became responsible for change management and needed to ensure that the business organization was well prepared for the transfers. To realize this I have provided regular business updates, published several articles and created instruction materials/ communications. I also acted as the work stream representative/ lead in several work groups and delivery boards.

Accenture developed an EPD (Electronic Patient Dossier) for a mental health care organisation (member of Mental Health Care Netherlands, GGZ). Besides this path there was a need of management information. Within the MI team, I was responsible for the requirements and design of the management information tool. During this project i have worked on: the dimension model, defined the standard reports and requirements after alignments with the Finance manager. These were all consolidated in the functional design. This design was used to build the reporting tool (with the EPD as data source).

The project entailed to create one state of the art non-life insurance company, with activities from 3 current Divisions, powered by one SAP system. The new non-life insurance company aimed to deliver services with high customer satisfaction, high profitability and tailored for four labels. Within the programme, I was part of the Business Intelligence (BI) work stream which was responsible for capturing the functional requirements for the future BI solution. The key deliverables i have worked on were the functional requirements and the BI point of view highlighting the future BI function for organisation.

Part-time researcher during the pre-master courses of Business Administration. Task:As a researcher Rob was responsible for the economic research and managed the database with registered companies. Moreover, Rob co-organized workshops for Chamber of Commerce members.
