As President and Founder of Stellar Performance, a leadership training business for high-potential individuals, I’m am pursuing my passion for helping leaders become the very best version of themselves.I developed a unique perspective on leadership through my experiences as a general manager, a principal in a consulting firm, and the head of a corporate training and development unit. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities that leaders face and have spent decades learning how to apply the best methods, tools, and frameworks to develop not just individual leaders, but teams and entire organizations as well.As an experienced workshop facilitator and accredited leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation, I also hold a certificate in Organization Development from the NTL Institute. And while I offer many well-established, validated assessments, including the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect suite, and the Denison Organizational Culture Survey, my approach to leadership is not guided solely by tools.
