As a graduate from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, his career has been coupled with first hand experience and academic pursuit in order to adapt to the real estate market shifts. Robert started his career in 2010 with REIGN Nation Inc., as a Property Preservation Field Specialist. There he helped manage over 100 assets for the bank from Los Angeles to San Diego county, not limited to negotiating cash for keys, eviction lock outs/hearings, occupancy inspections and property repairs. Robert was also the buyers preferred agent for our local region for Gohoming.com, which is now currently known as Hubzu.com. In late 2012 Robert joined a local investment company, Trinity Redevelopment, where he was the head Acquisition Manager. During his time there, he set the foundation for the company's growth. His focus being acquiring assets and contract negotiations. In 2014 Robert personally acquired over 80 assets making it the company's best year. In 2018 Robert felt the need to understand what it was like to be the owner of his own business. He noticed there was a gap in the industry, agents were not maximizing the true potential in the sellers profitability.
