As part of my role, i utilized support platforms for operational control, including process management software. I also created spreadsheets, compiling data to be used in operational performance indicators. Additionally, i provided administrative support for the Commercial and Operational areas, handling control activities related to report generation, policy issuance, and endorsements. My responsibilities also included involvement in administrative routines such as phone support, record-keeping, emails, spreadsheets, and reports for supervisors
