Working as part of the Network Monitoring team which defines and delivers operational support systems.Role involves providing delivery support to the Programme Management function within the team. A strong understanding of complex processes and management of stakeholders. Working with Infrastructure partners to ensure physical hardware changes within data centres adhere to governance requirements from site surveys, power requirements & installs through to Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for aggregator and switch layer.Managing the CRQ process for the team (Helix and Remedy systems), working with Change Management, Operations, impacted teams and ensuring MOP review and approvals process is completed.This role also includes project management of smaller projects (<£250K) such as upgrade of all estate servers OS, introduction of a pre-production environment, a proactive monitoring solution (RHPIM), Witbe test bed tool for automatic call generation and migration of suppliers to Citrix.I am also the representative of Network Monitoring at project & programme reviews and governance checkpoints.
